Seven Months

Hannah turned 7 months old on Sunday, the 23rd! It's hard to believe she's already that old. She's not crawling yet, but she's thinking about it. :) She's so curious about anything and everything now. Her favorite thing is the zipper on the pocket of my cargo pants. That can keep her busy in my lap while I blog. :) Here are a few 7 month pics.

Hannah's doing great! She's such a happy baby. We are so in love with her. Here are a few pics of her playing in her crib. She can sit up now if she's on a soft surface and only for a few seconds. Occasionally I had to prop her back up during this photo shoot. :)

She's just starting to show interest in certain toys. She likes her baby doll.

She sucks her thumb when she's ready for a nap. Looks like it's about that time! Well...maybe not...the doll looks interesting again.

Okay...enough crib pics. I probably shouldn't have posted so many but I loved them all! Love her in yellow!

This is a pretty pink dress that her Grammy bought her and she's just now fitting into it. It's a size 6 months. She'll be 7 months on the 23rd.

She now eats bananas, apple sauce, and pears. Bananas are her favorite!

The boys had their first day of school last Thursday. Even though they probably wouldn't admit it, I think they were both ready to get back. Joey's in the 5th grade and Andrew's in the 4th. Wow...where does the time go???

Da Da?

Okay...so Hannah loves to hear her own voice. She coos all the time and lately she's been making different sounds. All evening she's been saying Da Da. I'm thinking Eddie has been working with her when I'm in another room. :) Why is the D sound so much easier for babies to say than the M sound??? So unfair. Eddie thinks it's pretty neat. Guess I won't rain on his little parade. :)

T-Shirts

If anyone still wants an Africa T-shirt, let us know soon. We only have smalls left in charcoal but any size in black and navy. We are getting ready to pull that one from our blog because my hubby is working on a new design. I think the new design will be about adoption in general with a scripture. Thanks!

14 1/2 Pounds

Hannah had her six month checkup today. We have been home with her for two months and she has gained 5 lbs. She now weighs 14 1/2 lbs! Woo Hoo!
